About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions and serve as the primary HR advisor to management. The role is responsible for driving people initiatives, ensuring effective HR operations, maintaining compliance and governance standards, and supporting business objectives through practical and business-focused HR solutions.
The successful candidate is expected to operate independently, provide sound HR recommendations, and lead the HR team in delivering efficient and effective HR services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and management team on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
Manage and develop Singapore-based and offshore HR team members to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
Review, implement, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and internal governance requirements.
Oversee payroll governance, HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration.
Drive HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and continuous enhancement of employee experience.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management updates to support business decision-making.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 8 years of HR experience with exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience leading HR teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting regional operations will be an advantage.
