About the role
Applied Materials is looking for a 6-months Intern with relevant area of studies within Human Resource.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the rollout of employee engagement surveys, including communications, timelines, and follow-up action planning
Support award or accreditation submissions related to workplace culture and employee experience
Maintain monthly headcount tracking in partnership with HR Operations and Shared Services
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to support business and workforce planning needs
Provide insights or dashboards to relevant stakeholders as required
Organize wellness-related talks, campaigns, and programs with external vendors
Promote initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, work-life harmony, and overall workplace satisfaction
Assist in coordinating benefits renewal cycles and the introduction of new benefit offerings
Support the rollout and ongoing engagement of employee platforms or digital experience tools
Work collaboratively across HR functions to support overarching employee experience processes
