About the role
The HR Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Department in day-to-day HR activities. This role focuses on data management, recruitment coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the HR Department across various HR functions.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information in HR systems.
Maintain and update employee p-file records
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Provide support for payroll processing, including collation of payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, claims, and overtime.
Prepare HR-related documents such as letters, forms, and reports.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide general HR operational support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
About you
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' of HR administrative or coordination experience.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
