1. Administrative Support
Maintain Records: Update and maintain digital and physical employee profiles (e.g., contracts, performance reviews, leave requests).
Inquiries: Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external HR-related questions.
Prepare letter of Guarantees for workers hospitalization
Air ticket bookings
Assist with Work permit renewals
Submit ad-hoc reports to shipyards
Prepare dormitory in and out documents for workers
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Job Postings: Assist in posting open positions on job boards, social media, and careers pages.
Candidate Screening: Help schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and conduct initial resume screenings.
Onboarding: Coordinate orientation schedules, set up workspaces for new hires, and collect necessary compliance paperwork.
3.Payroll Assistance
Help in encoding time sheets and analyzing job cost.
Compiling of Medical Certificates and Annual leave forms
4.Others
Assist HR Executive in other ad-hoc matters.
Experience using Infotech Software preferred.
