Job description for HR Administrator at HEC Electrical & Construction Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Process payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave records
Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
Liaise with workers on HR matters and provide support on enquiries
Coordinate training and safety-related requirements for workers
Manage foreign worker matters (accommodation, medical, insurance, etc.)
Prepare HR reports and perform general administrative duties
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
