Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Core Focus)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, and handling phone inquiries.
Conduct job assessments and interviews to identify top-tier talent.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers.
2. Payroll & Claims Administration
Assist in monthly Payroll computation and verification.
Administer staff claims, leave records, and employee welfare programs.
3. Attendance & Compliance
Verify and update weekly, and monthly attendance records.
Ensure all activities align with Company HR policies and legal procedures.
Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR advice or policy clarification.
4. Operational Support & Documentation
Maintain meticulous filing systems and proper documentation for all HR records.
Support the HR department in day-to-day operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Perform any other duties when required
Requirements
Good command of English and strong writing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
· Proactive approach to building AI agents to automate administrative workflows.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· Highly adaptable to change and a proactive learner of new technologies (e.g., AI productivity tools).
