Job Description

What do you need to do

• Performing Front desk duties such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, attending to queries & complaints via phone, email or general correspondence.
• Collecting payment and submitting dental claims via CHAS, Medisave or Insurance portals.
• Performing other administrative duties

What do you need to have:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Possess good communication skills
• Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)
