About the role
Lead hardware design for automotive LiDAR products, including schematic circuit design, PCB layout rule definition and review, design documentation, DFMEA, WCCA, high-speed signal and power integrity simulation.
Key responsibilities
Lead hardware design for automotive LiDAR products, including schematic circuit design, PCB layout rule definition and review, design documentation, DFMEA, WCCA, high-speed signal and power integrity simulation.
Execute product and chip validation per automotive high-reliability standards; develop test fixtures and resolve chip reliability non-conformances.
Engage in pre-project requirement alignment and prototype validation; drive mass production ramp-up, and continuously optimize design, incoming material quality and testing processes for mass production.
Collaborate with test teams to set up test environments; support production on FCT fixture design and debugging, and optimize test logic and product reliability.
Proactively provide design improvement proposals for existing products, challenge conventional design boundaries to boost performance, and drive concept-to-implementation delivery.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines; solid foundation in analog/digital circuits, reliability engineering and EMC principles.
Strong hands-on debugging skills with proficiency in oscilloscopes, signal generators and other lab equipment.
Experienced with schematic and PCB design CAD tools.
Strong documentation and communication skills; able to compile technical data into standardized reports and share technical findings cross-team.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and quick learner; result-driven with a mindset for continuous optimization and technical innovation.
