Job description for Guest Experience Host at Future Resonance Pte Ltd
The Guest Experience Host plays a vital role in preparing, supporting, and maintaining all Future Resonance session spaces.
This is a practical and physical role focused on creating exceptional environments for guests and facilitators across healing, meditation, sound, movement, and immersive wellbeing experiences.
You’ll work closely with facilitators and the Guest Experience & Operations team to ensure every session runs smoothly, safely, and with care.

Key Responsibilities
Session Space Setup & Care
Prepare all session spaces ahead of experiences following operational procedures and brand standards
Set up mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, seating, and comfort items
Assist with lighting, sound, microphones, and basic technical checks
Support ambience preparation including lighting and sensory elements
Reset and restore all spaces between sessions to a high standard
Session & Facilitator Support
Support facilitators before and during sessions
Assist with guest flow and in-room support where required
Carry out operational instructions accurately and efficiently
Remain calm, discreet, and attentive during live sessions
Venue & Equipment Care
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of session spaces
Safely handle and care for instruments, props, furnishings, and equipment
Report maintenance or operational issues promptly
Support general operational upkeep of the venue
Guest Interaction
Greet guests warmly and professionally
Assist guests with basic guidance and comfort
Represent the Future Resonance brand and values with professionalism and care
Skills & Experience
Experience in hospitality, events, wellness venues, or operational support roles preferred
Able to comfortably move equipment and furnishings
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Calm, reliable, and service-oriented
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Basic English communication skills required
Interest in wellness, mindfulness, or healing environments is an advantage
