About the Role

We are seeking fresh engineering graduates to join Frencken ETLA as Graduate Manufacturing Engineers. You will start with our Training in Manufacturing Engineer (TIME Programme), a fully sponsored 6‑month structured training programme designed to develop hands‑on engineers for the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry that prepare you for real-world manufacturing environments.

The TIME Programme is customised and jointly developed by Frencken ETLA and Singapore Polytechnic PACE Academy, based on our actual business needs and manufacturing operations. Upon successful completion of the TIME Programme, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Singapore Polytechnic and be deployed to experienced project teams delivering cutting‑edge, high‑precision manufacturing solutions, based on your strengths and interests.

Who Should Apply

Fresh graduates with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines from recognised local universities in Singapore (or equivalent), with a good academic record

Individuals with a passion for engineering, a curious and analytical mindset, and a desire to learn, improve processes, and make an impact

Strong interest in hands‑on manufacturing, engineering, and project‑based work

Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively within technical teams
