Job Responsibilities:

To conduct specific sales and marketing activities of rehabilitation equipment/medical devices/consumer health care products to pharmacy, hospitals, NGOs, and elderly homes to achieve sales targets and maximize market share in assigned territories.

Overall oversee the operation and wholesale channel business of the company’s medical device sector. Establish systematic management mechanisms for marketing, team operation, inventory, and compliance; achieve annual business targets including turnover and profit; and take full responsibility for overall business performance.

Establish and manage wholesale sales teams and supervision teams. Build a complete system of performance appraisal, staff training, and promotion to form a stable and high-efficiency core team.

Strictly comply with the Good Supply Practice for pharmaceuticals and medical devices, ensuring all business operations are fully compliant and legal.

Dynamically adjust product structure, pricing strategies, and marketing plans based on sales data and market trends to adapt to market demands and boost sales performance.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years or more of comprehensive management experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sale industry.

University graduate (science/medical/pharmacy/rehab subjects preferable)

Speaking Mandarin is a must; be proficient in verbal Mandarin for internal communication.

Capable of independent business activation, channel development, team management, and cost control.

Strong stress resistance, excellent business decision-making, and resource integration capabilities; able to travel and conduct client visits regularly.
