We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven General Manager to lead the growth and operations of BHF Pte Ltd, a well-established bakery and frozen food manufacturing business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape business strategy, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth in Singapore’s competitive F&B landscape. You will work closely with the CEO and lead a cross-functional team across production, sales & marketing, supply chain, and corporate functions to elevate performance and scale the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategy & Growth 

·      Drive overall business strategy and execution for BHF Pte Ltd

·      Identify and unlock new revenue streams, product innovations, and market expansion opportunities

·      Translate business goals into clear action plans, budgets, and KPIs

Operations Excellence

·      Lead end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

·      Strengthen supply chain, inventory, and production planning capabilities

·      Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (FSSC)

Financial Performance

·      Own the full P&L and deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability

·      Monitor financial performance and implement data-driven improvements

·      Oversee budgeting, cost control, pricing, and capital investments

Commercial & Market Development

·      Work with sales and marketing teams to grow key accounts and expand market share

·      Build strong relationships with F&B customers, distributors, and partners

·      Enhance brand positioning and product competitiveness

Leadership & Team Development

·      Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing teams

·      Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

·      Oversee hiring, succession planning, and performance management

Governance & Risk

·      Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policies

·      Drive best practices in food safety, workplace safety, and risk management

·      Lead audits and maintain operational and compliance documentation
