1. Formulate and execute the company’s long-term strategic development plan, ensuring alignment with the Group’s overall strategic objectives;

2. Lead the trading team, manage the trading book, monitor P&L, develop and implement profitability strategies, and oversee market risk management and compliance;

3. Drive the expansion of global oil trading and marine fuel bunkering businesses, with Singapore as the strategic hub;

4. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with shipowners, brokers, suppliers, and clients to build a stable business network;

5. Oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and ensure efficient, cost-effective performance;

6. Identify and assess operational risks, and develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies;

7. Ensure all business operations comply with international trade rules and local laws/regulations, safeguarding the company’s legitimate rights and interests;

8. Supervise and manage finance, administration, and business departments to ensure compliant and efficient operations;

9. Represent the company in communications with Group headquarters, government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners;

10. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensure seamless information flow, and optimize resource allocation.
