Role: Full Stack Developer(Angular)
Location: Changi Business Park Assignment
Duration: 12 months Shift work required, including support for releases during nights, weekends, and public holidays.
We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to join our Finance Technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver robust software solutions that support business objectives, working across the full technology stack— from backend (Java, Spring Boot) to frontend (AngularJS/React.js). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and QA, to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop performant, scalable, and resilient software solutions aligned with architectural standards.
Deliver high-quality code across backend, frontend, and database layers.
Work in an Agile environment, supporting the Scrum Master/Product Owner in managing deliverables and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into user stories and validate solutions.
Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing, and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–8 years of hands-on Java development experience , with strong knowledge of Java and JEE internals.
Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and cloud-native development (Kubernetes, Docker).
Strong frontend development skills in AngularJS , React.js, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience with relational databases (MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL, and PL/SQL.
Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark), web services (JSON, SOAP), and integration technologies.
Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Bitbucket, SVN) and Agile project management (JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with UNIX shell scripting, Python, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of banking products, financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and finance processes.
