About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at UR DOCTORS PTE LTD (INSYNC MEDICAL) in the Marine Parade Region. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Handling patient inquiries and providing administrative support as needed

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Assisting with various clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality customer service

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures would be an advantage
