About the role

Regent Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives. This role is based at our Harbourfront office.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making

Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Liaise with bankers, lawyer, company secretary, external auditors, tax consultants and government agencies.

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

8+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
