Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support organizational objectives and long-term growth.
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, ensuring timely reporting to management, the Board, donors, and relevant stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cash management, banking transactions, payroll, staff reimbursements, and procurement activities.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, statutory reports, and other government compliance requirements.
Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, accountability, and resource utilization.
Requirements
Singapore Resident.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience in government agencies, public institutions, non-profit organizations, or private-sector companies.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, audit processes, taxation, compliance, and internal controls.
Experience with financial reporting and accounting systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Employment Terms & Benefits
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Contract Type: 1-year fixed-term contract with the opportunity for annual renewal based on mutual agreement and performance
Expected Start Date: 1 August 2026
Salary: Negotiable, inclusive of any applicable 13th-month payment
