Job description for Finance Manager at New Hope Singapore Pte Ltd
Job Description:
•Handle a full spectrum of account duties.
•Experience in cost accounting.
•Set up an accounting system, review existing work processes and improve.
•Overall financial control of the company, such as budget planning, expense control and forecasting.
•Prepare and submit the weekly/quarterly/monthly report to HQ.
•Manage cash flow and all remittance matters.
•Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, government bodies and banks.
•Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
•Minimum travelling may be required.
•Familiar ERP management system is preferred.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Finance/ Business Management with management experience.
· Detail-oriented, self-starter, pro-active, team player, independent, critical thinker, problem-solving skills and analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
