About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at DAO BLOCKCHAIN PTE. LTD. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our organisation, based in the Toa Payoh region. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the overall strategic goals of the company.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal policies

Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company's assets

Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making

Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for financial improvements and efficiencies

Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the Accounting industry

Strong knowledge of Financial Managers & Controllers best practices and regulations

Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in the use of financial software and systems

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, CA) is highly desirable
