Job description for Field Service Technician at Infinergy Systems Solutions Pte Ltd

Our product installed base span across renown Integrated Resort, Attractions, Government Agencies, Retail Malls, Grade-A Office Towers, MNCs, Manufacturing, Schools and home grown SMEs.
Work as a member of the Technical Service Team, participate in providing pre-sales site survey, project implementation, test and commissioning, end user training and post-sales technical support for our clienteles in Singapore and in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Participate as a team member in Smart Systems project delivery which includes both pre and post sales activities such as onsite survey and discovery meeting, systems configuration & installation, user acceptance test, user training, system commissioning and post deployment technical support and preventive maintenance service.
Provide frontline technical support as well as troubleshooting with issues related to Internet of Things, Connectivity peripherals and other related digital equipment.
Plan and providing service installation and supervision working alongside external contractors or vendors.
Work closely with platform & software development teams to investigate and troubleshoot system related issues as well as update support & service tickets.
Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns, adhering to service level agreements and service ticket management system.
Continuous learning and training to stay relevant with the latest advancement in industry trends and technological advancement.
Key Requirements
Class 3A/3 Driving License (company vehicle) or posses own transport
Ability to converse in Mandarin and read technical manual written in Chinese from our suppliers based in China and Hong Kong SAR.
