Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer / Technician to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and repair mechanical and electrical systems

Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls

Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions

Document service reports and maintain accurate records

Communicate with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery

Requirements:

NITEC / Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field

2+ years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support

Computer literate

Experience with PLC systems preferrable

Possess own vehicle preferred

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Fluency in English
