Job Description

1. Provide technical support and communication to customers, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and on-site resolution.

2. Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, system upgrades, and performance optimization.

3. Conduct market and technology research to stay current with industry trends and support product improvement.

4. Deliver professional training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

5. Propose solutions to reduce costs and support the factory in cost-optimization initiatives.

6. Participate in additional projects as assigned by the company, including global technical service support.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or other related technical fields.

2. Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience in a semiconductor fab, semiconductor equipment company, or related technical service environment.

3. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred. Hands-on process, application, equipment maintenance, or field service experience will be an advantage.

4. Strong hands-on ability, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding on-site environment.

5. Good teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

6. Willingness and ability to travel for overseas technical support, including China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

7. Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients is required for this role.
