Job description for FACILITY TECHNICIAN at Smartflex Technology Pte. Ltd.
Job Description
- To carry out daily checks on facility & security equipments and fill up relevant checklists.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly Facility Reports.
- Prepare and submit scheduled verification / calibration reports.
- Monitor licenses and cleanroom certification expiry and arrange for renewal.
- Able to draw basic conclusion from data of meter readings.
- To carry out daily patrol of facility & security areas and report on defects and abnormalities.
- To perform preventive maintenance on facility & security equipment as per schedule.
- Able to carry out troubleshooting works for facility system.
- Attend to defects and breakdowns as reported by end user.
- To liaise and supervise servicing works performed by external service providers.
- To maintain proper documentation of reported defects and job completion status.
- Revise and update Work Instructions & Procedures.
- Participate in annual budgeting exercise.
- Participate in facilities improvement project.
- Participate in Company’s Emergency Response team (CERT) and WSH activities.
- To perform any other facility and/or security related work as assigned by management.
- Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as facility technician in a factory/manufacturing environment
- Nitec/Higher Nitec in Facility Management or GCE O Level
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
