Responsibilities:

Daily system health inspection.

Perform maintenance of general facility.

Assist engineer/manager in data collection.

General understanding of Facility Systems (cooling tower, chiller, fire protection system, electrical system, etc.)

Familiarity in the operation of centralized chilled water ACMV system and knowledgeable in operating BMS.

Preferably with computer knowledge, able to access email (outlook) and basic Microsoft office system.

Experience in manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Attend to callouts.

Requirements:

NITEC or Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years relevant experience.

Hands-on experience on ACMV and Electrical maintenance and/or repair

Experience in critical environment (e.g. Data Centre/Cleanroom/Semi-conductor plant/Pharmaceutical plant) is a plus

Able to communicate in English.

Basic understanding of facility M&E systems
