We are a China-based logistics company and now expanding into the Singapore market and building our local team.

Key Responsibilities

Build & Lead: Establish and supervise daily LCL export operations, including consolidation, CFS (Container Freight Station) coordination, booking with carriers/co‑loaders, and first‑mile/export haulage for the Singapore market.

Compliance Mastery: Ensure 100% compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, including accurate HS classification, export permit declarations via TradeNet, and adherence to origin consolidation rules for LCL shipments.

Client & Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and overseas agents, proactively resolving complex LCL export issues (e.g., cargo rollovers, documentation mismatches, co‑loader space conflicts, multiple shipper coordination).

System Implementation: Drive the adoption and optimization of our global digital platform to support LCL export workflows, shipment tracking, reporting, and invoicing.

Cross‑Border Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with destination offices (China HQ, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asia partners) to ensure smooth export consolidation, timely loading, and accurate documentation for overseas deconsolidation.

Requirements

Core Experience:Minimum 1 years of experience in international freight forwarding（LCL)

Language: Fluent in English and Chinese.

Profile: Preferably candidates with strong operational maturity and a deep understanding of LCL consolidation dynamics (export side) .
