Job Role Summary
As the Executive, COC-IOH, you will play a critical role in the 24/7 oversight of integrated operations on Sentosa Island. You are responsible for integrating data across security, transportation, and facilities management to maintain a real-time situational picture. This role requires a blend of high-level project management and ground-level execution. You will support the Manager in end-to-end incident management and must possess the leadership readiness to step into supervisory duties during critical operations or as a designated deputy.
Job Purpose
Integrated Oversight: Execute 24/7 upkeep and readiness of command centre, monitoring of island operations, ensuring the integrity of operations between transportation, security, and facility systems which impacts the safety and security of all guests, employees, residents and properties (fixed and mobile).
Workflow Architecture: Implement and optimise digital workflows to enhance incident response, incident management, and operational efficiency.
Project Development: Provide stewardship of command centre related projects, ensuring system integrations (AI, IoT etc) meet operational needs.
Operational Readiness: Maintain the readiness of the command centre, ensuring all systems and personnel are prepared for routine and crisis scenarios.
Duties & Responsibilities
Integrated Monitoring & Sense-Making: Actively monitor the full spectrum of Sentosa’s operations. Perform high-level assessment of data to provide the Manager with suitable situational awareness for executive meeting platforms.
Workflow Integration & Optimisation: Identify gaps in manual processes and architect digital workflows. Ensure that incident reporting, tracking, and closure are handled within a unified, efficient system.
Project Development: Provide input in the lifecycle of operational enhancement projects—from vendor management and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to final rollout—ensuring new technologies are integrated into the IOH ecosystem.
Incident & Crisis Coordination: Lead ground-level response for significant incidents. Ensure incidents are contained, resolved, or escalated, and maintain meticulous follow-up for proper closure and review.
Data Fluency: Ability to interpret complex datasets, translating raw data into impact actions.
SOP Development: Support the Manager in formulating and reviewing Island Operations SOPs. Ensure stakeholders are aligned and that procedures are updated.
Leadership & Team Culture: Lead and inspire 24/7 duty personnel. Foster a results-driven culture and ensure the team is proficient in using the Hub’s integrated technology suites.
System Maintenance: Ensure all IOH-associated systems are operating at optimal levels and conduct investigative audits or "secretariat" support as assigned.

Requirements
Education: Degree in any discipline (Project Management, Security, Integrated Facilities Management, or Business Operations preferred).
Experience: 3–5 years of working experience in Integrated Operations, Security, Facilities Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and/or Crisis Management.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing project timelines and technical deployments in an operational setting.
Workflow Expertise: Strong aptitude for Workflow Integration—linking disparate systems (CCTV, IoT, and FM software) into a cohesive operational interface.
System Thinking: Ability to understand the interdependencies between different operational silos (e.g., how a facility failure impacts transportation and guest safety).
Leadership: Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to lead a diverse team under high-pressure, 24/7 conditions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; capable of drafting complex incident reports and providing support for high-level committees.
