Job description for Executive, Panel Management at Raffles Medical Group
Recruitment, empanelment and maintenance of General Practitioners (GP), Specialist (SP) and hospitals panel. Provide long term relationship management to the panel doctors, clinics and hospitals as part of RHI strategy for individual life and health insurance market in Singapore. Supports RHI Panel Manager to provide holistic care for patients.
Responsibilities
Work with panel management team to develop and implement empanelment strategy and guidelines.
Build a competent and active panel network by engaging and maintaining relationships with panel doctors, clinics and hospitals.
Operate effectively within operating budgets.
Carry out recruitment, empanelment and termination activities of panel management team.
Conduct recruitment and empanelment training to the panel network; conduct regular reviews and evaluations of panel clinics to refine recruitment/ termination related activities.
Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with individual doctors/ clinics to track the performance of panel doctors, clinics and hospitals; and to improve provider-panel relationship.
Carry out yearly review and refreshing of panel network to ensure panel doctors, clinics and hospitals comply with the objectives and outcome of the panel network guidelines.
Ensure the strategies and activities by the panel network are in compliance with the best practices and guidelines set by Ministry of Health, Singapore Medical Council and any other relevant regulatory and professional organizations.
Maintain close working relationships with Information Systems, Customer Service, Claims and related teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Analyze claims data from panel network and provide regular reports of trends from panel network.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Perform adhoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Minimally Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare related fields.
Motivated to build a successful customer relationship team.
Willing to work hard to achieve targets.
Result driven and self-motivated.
Good communicator/ motivator and a team player.
