Job description for Executive, Organisational Development at PPIS Family Services Ltd

The Executive supports the organisational areas of capability building, quality, and processes to achieve operational excellence as well as to build a culture of high performance aligned with the organisation’s current and future needs.

Job Description:

Organisational Development Support

  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of the processes, structures, capabilities, and capacity work with Management and teams to conduct internal organisation’s diagnosis to identify gaps and propose intervention plans
  • Collect and analyse data to provide fact-based recommendations and measure progress on the impact of the intervention plans to ensure effectiveness. Provide periodic progress updates to Management and external stakeholders when necessary
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops for Management and teams in ensuring process alignment and providing solutions for areas for improvements

Staff Engagement & Culture

  • Work with key stakeholders to support processes and plans to ensure alignment of Vision, Mission, and Shared Values
  • Implement staff-related change management plans to help staff transit successfully during change projects, including stakeholder analysis, change readiness assessment and sponsor engagement
  • Facilitate and guide staff as change agents to build and sustain the quality-centric culture. Collate and harness staff ideas/feedback to identify areas for improvement and translate them into intervention plans

Process Improvement Support

  • Identify knowledge gaps and deliver relevant interventions to address organisational knowledge sharing and dissemination requirements. Influence and work with the departments to identify and execute continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle time, improve quality and reduce cost
  • Research and contextualise relevant methodologies and implement them to support the organisation’s needs
  • Promote successful improvements through the creation and/or delivery of presentations, case studies, articles, conference posters and etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Preferably with three years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledgeable in Data Analytics Capability with excellent writing and presentation capabilities
  • Independent, analytical and meticulous
