Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle for recruitment and off-boarding of staff
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Ensure timely processing of work passes and contracts (application, renewal, cancellation).
Employee Engagement & Wellness
Comfortable to do stand-up presentation, suggest, plan and execute employee engagement events and wellness initiatives.
Drive staff interest groups and company-wide team bonding events.
Oversee staff programmes.
Initiate and responsible to drive employees relations matters.
HR Reporting & Projects
Generate HR reports and surveys for submissions.
Draft and write new/improved HR policies and SOPs.
General HR & Office Administration
Oversees and supports HR operations administration matter.
Source and coordinate with relevant trainers/vendors for course arrangements.

Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; or
Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Proficient in HRIS
Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience managing a small team is an advantage.
