Job description for Executive, Case Audit at Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited
Key Responsibilities:
Review assigned case recordings monthly.
Identify and flag any concerning, high-risk, or non-compliant case recordings in accordance with organisational guidelines.
Highlight patterns or recurring issues observed across cases, where relevant.
Document and report flagged cases clearly and concisely to the designated supervisor/manager.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling all case information.
Scope of Work:
The role primarily involves reviewing written case recordings rather than direct casework.
Focus is on quality assurance and early identification of potential concerns.
Competencies / Requirements:
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to assess case documentation critically and objectively.
Basic understanding of case management principles (preferred).
Good written communication skills for reporting findings.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Minimum Diploma in any field
Other Information
This role will support the five Family Service Centres (FSCs) within THKMC in conducting case audits to ensure compliance and quality standards. Travelling between centres wil be required.
