We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join our Business Development team as Executive with the following job responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the primary account manager for assigned channel partners, managing day-to-day relationship touchpoints, resolving partner queries, and ensuring partner satisfaction and retention.
Support the BD Manager in account management activities across the broader partner portfolio, including tracking engagement, flagging escalations, and preparing account reviews.
Partner with Specialist Clinics and TMC stakeholders to ensure new business development initiatives are implemented in line with organizational objectives.
Contribute to the design and management of monitoring systems to evaluate the success of BD plans and initiatives.
Assist in preparing feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
Work closely with marketing and physician engagement teams to drive success in assigned commercial projects.
Support the Business Development Manager in executing strategic projects, including insurance, TPAs, and international marketing activities to generate business growth.
Lead the development of GP strategy and oversee contract management for channel partnerships across all business units.
SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare management reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Event preparation: Assist in planning and organizing events to enhance business visibility and engagement.
Client handling: Provide support in managing medical concierges, agents, physicians, and VIP clients
Physician engagement: Participate actively in physician engagement and marketing activities to strengthen relationships and drive business outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree, Diploma, or Postgraduate qualification in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in Marketing and Business Development within the healthcare industry is preferred
Achievement-driven with a strong results-oriented mindset
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
