Job description
Plan, organize, and coordinate social events and activities.
Liaise and coordinate with various vendors, including caterers, decorators, and other service providers, to ensure smooth event execution.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the most favourable terms, pricing, and service arrangements.
Ensure all event logistics and operational requirements are effectively managed and delivered within budget and timeline.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relation/ related course.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time management and attention to detail are a must.
Strong customer focus
Ability to interact with guests and offer assistance during events
Have a positive and can-do attitude
