Expand Communications is a Singapore-based creative event and experiential event agency under GMCOM Group, delivering impactful experiences across exhibitions, corporate events, activations, and immersive spaces throughout the region.

You’ll work closely with clients, creative teams, designers, and production partners to bring concepts to life through presentations, planning, coordination, and on-site execution.
If you understand experiential projects, can manage multiple timelines, and know how to balance creativity with execution, you’ll fit right in with our team.

• Have experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or agency environments
• Enjoy client servicing, presentations, and proposal development
• Are confident coordinating vendors, production, and project timelines
• Can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Understand the importance of details, quality, and experience flow
• Are comfortable working on projects for premium or international brands

Requirements:
· Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or related industries.
o Hands-on experience managing projects from planning through on-site execution.
o Experience managing projects that involve fabrication, exhibitions, experiential installations, or technical production will be an advantage.
o Experience working on projects for premium or international brands, with an understanding of high standards in design, production, and execution, will be an advantage.
· Skills & Competencies
o Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
o Good communication and internal & external stakeholder management skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
o Exposure to proposal preparation and delivering presentations.
· Work Style & Expectations
o Able to manage projects within tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
o Able to work flexible hours during event periods when required.
o Willingness to travel overseas for work, when necessary.
