Your Mission:
Are you a detail-oriented dynamo with a flair for creativity? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning ideas into reality? If so, we want YOU to join our vibrant team as an Event/Media Coordinator! You'll work closely with our producers, clients and vendors to plan, organize, and execute spectacular events that dazzle and delight.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for events.

Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and plans that set us apart.

Coordinate logistics, including venues, catering, entertainment, and décor.

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships with finesse.

Ensure every detail is on point, from the first meeting to the final dance.

Be the cheerful point of contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Capture all the exciting moments and keep the energy high!

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in event planning or coordination (bonus points for a portfolio!).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Passion for creating memorable experiences and a love for all things fun!
