Job description for Event Management (Sales) at Crazy Art
Event Sales & Project Manager (Fabrication-Led Events)
We make things. Real things. Custom-built sets, towering installations, full event environments that people walk into and just stop for a second. And we're looking for someone who can sell that story, then stick around to make sure it actually comes to life.
What you'll be doing
Getting out there: outreach, networking, partnerships, finding the next great project
Spotting briefs where our fabrication capabilities give us a real advantage
Turning vague client ideas into clear, costed, buildable proposals
Taking full ownership of projects once they're sold, managing timelines, teams, and all the moving parts
Keeping design, production, and logistics on the same page so nothing gets dropped
Developing original in-house event concepts we can own and grow
Growing our network of venues, vendors, and collaborators
What we're looking for
You've worked in events, exhibitions, or experiential and you've seen enough projects to know what good delivery actually looks like. You're commercially sharp but not just a closer. You care about the work that comes after the handshake. You can hold a creative brief conversation just as comfortably as a logistics call, and you don't lose your head when three things go sideways at once.
Most importantly, you think practically. Ideas are great. Ideas we can actually build are better.
Why this one's different
Having in-house fabrication behind you changes the game. You're faster to quote, stronger in the room, and more credible when you say yes we can do that. You're not brokering ideas. You're backed by people who build for a living.
You'll also have real space to develop your own event concepts. If you've had an idea sitting in a notebook somewhere, this might finally be the place to run with it.
Small team, fast decisions, work you can actually be proud of.
Compensation
Competitive base salary based on experience, plus a commission structure tied to deals closed and project performance. The upside is real for the right person.
This role is for you if you're tired of coordinating other people's visions and you want to own both the sale and the outcome, with a real team and real tools behind you to deliver.
