Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Orientation & Training Orientation (Online Compulsory)

On-site Orientation & Customer Service Briefing (Onsite Compulsory)

Event Days For Event Crew:

Event Days for Carnival Crew:
🎪 Weekly Carnival Event Days Every Friday, 19 June to 31 July.
🕒 Work Schedule: 11.30am to 3.30pm

✨ What You'll Do
🎟️ Assist with registration, check-in, and guest reception
🎪 Support daily event and carnival operations, including setup and teardown
🎨 Prepare and manage activity spaces, games, equipment, and event materials
🚶 Guide participants between activity zones and assist with crowd management
🤝 Provide on-ground support to facilitators, vendors, and fellow crew members
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Assist parents and visitors with enquiries and event information
🛡️ Help ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests
💡 Take initiative to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
🎉 Contribute to creating an exciting, fun-filled carnival experience every week
