Job Responsibilities：
1. Participate in the introduction of automated equipment, lead the entire process from Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and tackle technical challenges during production line ramp-up;
2. Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); identify bottlenecks via data analysis, optimize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and drive continuous improvement to reduce operational costs;
3. Conduct root cause analysis and full closure for major equipment failures; formulate and supervise the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans;
4. Identify critical spare parts and establish safety stock for wearing parts;
5. Develop and manage controlled equipment documents in compliance with IATF16949; ensure equipment operates in line with EHS standards. Promote the construction of internal technical case library and standardize equipment operation & maintenance procedures;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements：
1. College diploma or above, majoring in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing & Automation, Electrical Engineering & Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in automated equipment management. Prior experience in greenfield automated production line launch and IATF16949 quality management system is preferred;
3. Proficient in mechanical equipment design, fabrication, upgrading and retrofitting with relevant practical experience; familiar with industrial automation control, skilled in programming and relevant software for Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC, vision inspection systems and industrial robots;
4. Fluent in English & Chinese; equipped with strong cross-departmental coordination skills and execution capability.
