JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

Oversee technical support.

Conduct equipment/process qualifications as needed.

Perform daily checks on machine performance/operating parameter and quality of product.

Troubleshoot machine issues, implement remedies and follow up action.

Report and document major product failures.

Ensure timely preventive maintenance.

Monitor calibration and servicing schedules.

Maintain machine efficiency and reject rate as per system.

Coordinate with production team on schedules, improvements, audits, and stock takes.

Liaise with supplier on all technical purchase.

Assist Engineers on all related responsibilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.

Possess technical troubleshooting skill.

Work in cleanroom environment (Required to wear cleanroom uniform).

Able to perform shift work. (Mon - Fri, 8am-5.30pm / 8pm-5.30am)
