About the role
The person will be collaborating closely with site personnel and be highly involved in managing day-to-day project activities across electrical, electronic, and PLC engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure work is completed according to schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Attend site meetings, conduct site checks, and support installation and commissioning work.
Review drawings, plans, and technical documents; update and maintain project documentation.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians where needed.
Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and support timely problem-solving.
Prepare progress reports, test reports, and handover documents for clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and commissioning stages.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, PLC or related Engineering fields.
1ā3 years of relevant project experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
Experience in PLC/DCS programming is an advantage (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.), HMI configuration, and system SAT activities is an advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Willing to visit project sites and work extended hours when necessary.
