Job Responsibilities

• Handle project and contract administration throughout various project phases

• Assist in the design and coordination of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems

• Prepare and submit drawings, calculations, and documentation for regulatory approval

• Develop tender drawings and technical specifications

• Coordinate tender process, including calling of tender, evaluation, and recommendation of award

• Attend and participate in site and coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in building services preferred

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills

• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with the ability to resolve site issues tactfully

• Familiar with local codes, regulations, and submission procedures

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, BIM, and related engineering software
