As an E-commerce Executive for the Singapore market, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce activities on various online marketplaces in Singapore.

Job Description

Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms

Daily monitor and reply to customer inquiries

Coordination of packing & arrangement of shipment

Uploading & maintaining SKUs selection on the e-commerce platform

Assist with price adjustments/promotion on the e-commerce platform

Media, KOL, Affiliate Engagement

Any other related work

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience with Singapore marketplace analytics tools (e.g. Lazada Seller Center, Qoo10 Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center)

Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

A good team player, proactive and self-motivated.
