About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Intervention Teacher to join the dedicated team at SAIL PLAYHOUSE PTE. LTD' in the Sembawang North Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and support to young children with special needs.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child

Providing individualised support and interventions to help children reach their full potential

Collaborating with parents, therapists, and other professionals to create a cohesive plan for each child's development

Maintaining detailed records and documentation to track each child's progress

Participating in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest early intervention techniques and best practices

What we're looking for

Relevant teaching qualification, such as a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Early Intervention Teacher or in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the development of young children with special needs

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
