Job description for Early Intervention Educator (EIPIC Interventionist) at Cerebral Palsy Alliance
OVERVIEW
An Early Intervention Educator is a technically skilled person who assists in the development of Infants & Children. The Interventionist has to undergo and pass a formal training (both theory and practical) programme in Certificate in Special Education (CISE) and or Diploma in Early Childhood or alternatively, any accredited Certificates or Diploma in the discipline of Special Needs Education programme issued and recognised in Singapore or Internationally.
Responsibilities:
Provides, plans and executes action curriculum
Participates in Early Intervention Programme related activities
Provides administrative support to the department
Maintains good housekeeping and safety standards
Requirements
Advance Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention/ Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention(Special Needs) from NIEC
Certificate in Autism
Some relevant experience in early intervention
A heart to serve in the special needs sector
