Job Summary

Manage and optimize e-commerce product listings and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth. Collaborate with teams to fulfill orders and handle customer service tasks including enquiries and returns.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain accurate product listings on the company website and online marketplace platforms to ensure up-to-date and compelling product information

Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms to increase product visibility and sales

Optimize inventory levels and pricing accuracy for product listings to maximize sales opportunities and minimize stock issues

Respond promptly to customer enquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales conversion

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to fulfill sales orders accurately and timely, ensuring smooth order processing

Manage return, refund, and exchange orders to resolve customer issues and maintain positive customer relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok Shop is an advantage

Experience in e-commerce within the retail industry is an advantage

Good command of English to communicate clearly with customers and team members

Diploma in any field demonstrating foundational educational attainment

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in listings and order processing

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals
