Job Scope

Manage and update e-commerce product listings

Create new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and images

Upload and maintain listings across marketplaces and webstores

Monitor listing accuracy, pricing, stock status

Maintain product data, pricing, and inventory records

Coordinate stock updates

Handle backend operations for online marketplaces/webstores

Basic Excel / spreadsheet work

Ensure accurate order fulfillment and data entry

Respond to customer enquiries and provide customer support

Handle order-related issues, exchanges and after-sales service

Requirements

Organized and responsible

Good attention to detail

Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with e-commerce platforms is a bonus

Able to work independently

Fast learner with positive attitude

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of inventory management

Comfortable handling repetitive backend tasks accurately

Basic product photography/editing knowledge is a bonus
