Job Description

• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings for glass, aluminium, and façade systems based on design intent, project specifications, and site requirements.
• Convert conceptual designs, sketches, tender drawings, and architectural drawings into accurate and detailed CAD drawings for submission and approval.
• Prepare detailed drawings for curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, canopies, skylights, glass works, aluminium works, and other related façade elements as required.
• Ensure all drawings comply with architectural requirements, structural design, project specifications, and relevant façade system standards.
• Assist in preparing material schedules, cutting lists, quantity take-offs, and other related technical documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on drawing and technical requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager or Project Lead.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred, particularly in glass, aluminium, façade, or construction-related works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, Revit, and Microsoft Office
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
• Self-motivated with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working independently in a factory/industrial environment with minimal supervision.
