Job description for Document Controller at China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd
Job description:
· To maintain and manage the project document control system for all engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) documentation in accordance with company and project requirements.
· To ensure proper control, distribution, filing and archiving of all project documents, including drawings, technical submissions, correspondence and records, in both hard copy and electronic formats.
· To coordinate with internal departments, project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely submission, review and approval of documents.
· To maintain accurate document registers, tracking logs and revision control to ensure all documents are up to date and properly recorded.
· To ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards and regulatory requirements in all document control processes.
Requirements:
· Diploma or above qualification;
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
· Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in document control;
· Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible.
