Job Summary:

Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)

Supports the project team by managing, organizing, and distributing documentation. Responsible for document tracking and compliance with company and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize project documentation according to company and regulatory standards (e.g., BCA, ISO).
• Register, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Assist project teams in preparing, formatting, and submitting reports and documentation.
• Manage accurate filing, version control, and document retrieval using company systems.
• Prepare document issue packages and update tracking registers and distribution lists.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Min 8 years’ of experience working in site office environment, supporting large-scale construction or development project
• Proficient with electronic document management systems (EDMS)
• Strong attention to detail and company filing protocols.
• Good understanding of document tracking, naming, and version control protocols.
• Able to manage deadlines and support multiple project teams.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with multiple teams and stay responsive to project needs.
