About the role

Operate binding and finishing machines such as folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and laminators to support production processes. Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards before distribution.

Key responsibilities

Operate binding and finishing machines such as folding machines, saddle stitchers, perfect binders, and laminators to support production processes

Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards before distribution

Issue printing papers accurately to maintain workflow and control material usage

Conduct monthly stock takes and replenish materials to ensure continuous availability

Communicate clearly in simple English and Mandarin with Chinese speaking stakeholder to follow job instructions and safety protocols

Collaborate with team members to complete assigned ad-hoc duties efficiently

Maintain effective interpersonal and coordination skills to work well within the team

About you

Experience in printing, graphics, or machine operation is advantageous but not mandatory

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in printing or manufacturing are welcome

Ability to start work at short notice is a plus
