Job Description

Digital Transformation Associate / Intern

Role Overview

You will lead and support ORIGIN’s digital transformation initiatives, working closely with management to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and modernise internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, systems thinking, and driving change across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives across operations and internal workflows

Support the transition to new digital systems, including:

Data migration

System testing

Process documentation and SOP creation

Analyse existing workflows with managers to identify inefficiencies and duplication

Recommend and support initiatives to flatten middle-management layers and improve decision flow

Act as a bridge between operations, management, and technology tools

Requirements

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and process documentation

Ability to communicate clearly with both frontline staff and management

Interest in operations, digital transformation, or business process improvement

Nice to Have

Background in business, operations, systems, or data

Experience with workflow tools, CRM, ERP, or automation platforms
